I gotta start off by saying that yes, you can get your ex back. It is possible, however you need to understand that you are fighting an uphill battle and all your natural instincts right now are probably pointing you in the wrong direction. When you are in the first stages of the breakup, you tend to be extra clingy, overly agreeable, which is what will make your ex want to stay even further away. So the first thing you must absolutely do right now is to stop everything! Dont call, dont try to track them down. Just stop. If you’re going to get your ex back, this is the place you must start.

Next thing you must do to get your ex back is to follow a few simple rules. First off, like I said earlier, dont become a doormat. You dont want to agree with everything your ex says. This will not be in your best interest. And showering them with gifts or money doesnt work either. Infact, I know of a couple of situations with some friends of mine where it only made things worse. Nothing cries out desperation and insincerity more then just buying your ex a bunch of gifts.

You’ll also want to take it easy on the “I love you’s”. The last thing your ex will want is a constant nagging of you saying I love you. And yes, thats what it will be at that point, nagging. Theres nothing wrong with saying I love you, when the time is right, but anytime in between will just dig you in a deeper hole. Another good tip to getting your ex back is to take it easy, and let them see that you are taking it easy. This takes away the power that your ex had over you, and they will notice. This is a lot easier said then done, I know, but when you pull it off, it will not only make you fell a TON better, but it will definitely get the attention of your ex.

I can remember when I was in the same situation you’re in now, trying to get my ex back. Looking back on it now I have to just laugh, because of all the stupid mistakes I made. And I mean I made EVERY mistake in the book. Which is probably why I never actually got back with my ex. But my misfortune might just make this your lucky day. I started this blog to help others avoid the same pitfall that I went through, so that when you go to get your ex back, you can succeed. And it can be done, as so many people have gotten back with their ex. So read on as I explain everything I went through when I was trying to get my ex back.

I won’t go into too much detail, but lets just say I was in love. And it was my first love. We had been dating for about 8 months when things started getting rocky. Thats when I started making the mistakes, when I started to lose her. Probably the biggest and worse mistake you can make, being too clingy, was my biggest problem. Where ever she went, I wanted to know where she was, when she was going to be done, etc.. Lets just say that made things worse. I should have known better.

So after about a month of this nonsense, she finally ended it(and I cant say I dont blame her). This is when my quest began to get my ex back. And needless to say, I had not learned my lesson, and I really didnt have anywhere to turn back then for any help. The internet was still way young, and did not have the amount of info(or any blogs for that matter) on how to get your ex back like it does today. So there I was, heart broken and alone. And when I say alone, I mean alone. I had actually been kicked out of my dads house because I wouldnt stop seeing her. I was 20 at the time, so it wasnt a super huge deal, I kinda needed to get out anyways.

Ok, so here I was, determined to get her back, no matter what. I figured if I could prove my love that she would come crawling back, right? Wrong! Well, maybe not wrong, it all depends on how you plan to prove your love. And thats where I messed up. I thought if I could figure out a way to spend more time with her, I would have more opportunities to prove my love. Bad idea! This cased me to call her A LOT. which had the exact opposite effect. It never got to the point where she filed a restraining order, but I think it came pretty darn close.

After a couple months of doing all these stupid mistakes, I had only driven her further apart, and into another mans arms, which made me angry and jealous. So not only did I not get my ex back, but I actually made it next to impossible to even have a fighting chance to get her back in the near future. And we never did get back together. Had I known back then what I know now, who knows how things would have turned out. I wont complain though. Things worked out pretty good for me in the end. I now have a beautiful wife and 2 amazing kids, so the end of my story isnt a sad one.

But count your blessings for finding this site though. If you are looking at breaking up, or looking to get back with your ex, then the info on this site will help point you in the right direction. You can avoid the heart ache and suffering that breaking up with your girlfriend or boyfirend can cause. And if you’re looking to get back your ex wife or ex husband, the same core principles will probably apply to your situation.
